By accessing or using HMessage, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using the service

HMessage lets you encode text into an image and decode text from an image. You are responsible for the files and content you submit, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use them.

You agree not to use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Your content and passwords

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You are responsible for keeping copies of your original files and encoded images. Do not rely on HMessage as a storage or backup service.

If you use a password, keep it safe. A forgotten password cannot be recovered, and the service cannot guarantee that a message can be decoded from an altered, recompressed, or otherwise damaged image.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site author is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date above indicates when they were last revised.
